Who we are

Oriol, Eduard and Mateu have known each other for more than 25 years and 10 years ago they joined forces to start the adventure of having their own restaurant.

Compartir Barcelona is their third restaurant. And this time they have Nil Dulcet, as partner and director, to take the project forward. Dulcet was part of the kitchen team at Compartir Cadaqués from the beginning and, later, he was the first head chef at Disfrutar Barcelona.

For their part, both Compartir Cadaqués and Disfrutar Barcelona will remain faithful to their concept and the three (CXC) will be pivoting between the three restaurants in order to maintain one of their main premises when working: to be present in the restaurants so that they can enjoy constant supervision from them.
