Who we are

Oriol Castro, Eduard Xatruch and Mateu Casañas (CXC) have known each other since 1997 and in May 2012 they joined their efforts to start the adventure of having their own restaurant.

Ten years later they decided to open Compartir Barcelona as their third restaurant. This time they counted on Nil Dulcet, as a partner and director, to push the project forward. Nil Dulcet was part of the kitchen team at Compartir Cadaqués from the start and later he was the first head chef at Disfrutar Barcelona.

Compartir Cadaqués and Disfrutar Barcelona will keep being faithful to their concepts and they are willing to remain present at the three restaurants in order to maintain one of their main premises: to be around allong the services enjoying to supervise them.
